Orders can be shipped up to two clear business days unless products are on back order. Turnaround for products in stock is often same day, depending on how busy we are.
Some products we sell are predominantly made to order, and extended order processing times can sometimes apply while we manufacture the items. The following items can have extended processing times:
- ‘Pick & Choose’ Bundle
- All portable EVSE tail bundles
- Gen1/Gen2 UMC tails
- V2L cables
- Type 2 Extension cable
- Certain Gen2 UMC Mobile connector adaptors
- Any other customized item
These extended wait periods are often no more than 1-4 days after placement of an order, however in periods of peak demand or labour shortage, they can extend further.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
- Australia Post
- Couriers Please
- TNT Express
The carrier we choose is dependent on the destination address and if the customer has left any special delivery instructions. If an Australia Post Parcel Locker is nominated as the delivery address then we have to choose AusPost to deliver. If special instructions are left for a parcel drop off to a residential address, then we may choose courier as in our experience, they more reliably deliver as per the instructions given.
If you have chosen the ‘Next Day Delivery’ or ‘TNT Overnight Express’ shipping option at checkout, you should confirm with us first for a delivery estimate. Not every location in Australia is next business day – and even if it is – delivery next day is not guaranteed, just highly likely.
If you need a product urgently and none of the shipping options quoted at checkout meet your needs, you can contact us for a custom shipping quote. We offer a range of time sensitive services from TNT and StarTrack, the choice of which carrier is upto you.

StarTrack Premium (overnight NBD to most capital cities and some metro areas)
TNT Overnight Express (overnight NBD to most capital cities and some metro areas)
If you are leaving early in the morning for a road trip, we can also offer TNT 9AM/10AM/12PM express which is the same as the overnight service but with an earlier delivery timeframe.
Delivery time frames are just an estimate and not guaranteed, but in our experience 9 times out of 10 still very accurate.
There is also a cut-off time where we are no longer able to book any courier pickups for the rest of the day. So if you require your item urgently, please contact us before purchase so we can advise. Otherwise your item will have to be posted the next business day that we can book a pickup.

All domestic and international orders will receive a tracking number provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. You can login to your account to view the tracking information at any time.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
For international orders, your delivery might be subject to additional customs fees and charges – these vary depending on which country you we ship to. We strongly advise you to check with your local customs agency before committing to purchase. EVchargers cannot be held responsible for customs fees and charges.
If an item is on back order at the time of purchase, we will ship your order when it is in stock.
